Program Analyst
Gabriela Piatkowski joined OPPTB as a program analyst in 2023. She previously served as a program analyst in the NIH Clinical Center.
Prior to joining NIH, Ms. Piatkowski worked primarily in financial technology and consulting spaces. Her previous positions include budget analyst at the Consumer Product Safety Commission and innovation fellow at McLeod Healthcare.
Ms. Piatkowski received her master’s degree in business analytics at the University of Virginia Darden/McIntire and her undergraduate degrees in commerce and Japanese from the University of Virginia McIntire School. She holds the following certifications: federal program monitoring, contracts officer representative, federal appropriations law, Agile methodology, data science, analytics, and generative artificial intelligence.
