This tool provides a range of possible outcomes for infants born extremely preterm. The outcomes are based on data from infants born at specific U.S. hospitals between 2006 and 2012. “Hospital range” in the tool results represent outcomes for 80% of hospitals included in this study (10th to 90th percentiles).
