Biosketch
Alicia Ross, M.P.A., is a program analyst in the National Center for Medical Rehabilitation Research at NICHD. She brings to her role federal experience in the areas of grants management and finance, scientific peer-review process, research administration, training center/program oversight, and program analysis. She also has expertise in community advocacy outreach and the science of human development.
Ms. Ross joined NIH in 2013 as a program analyst with the National Library of Medicine. Prior coming to NIH, she worked in the federal sector with the Military Severely Injured Center, Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and the Office of Rehabilitation Research and Development at the Department of Veterans Affairs. She also worked at Holy Cross Hospital and Strayer University, while earning her master’s degree in public administration from the latter. She got her bachelor’s degree in public and community health from the University of Maryland.
