  • Media-Smart Youth is an after-school program supported by the NICHD that teaches young people to understand how the media influence their physical activity and nutrition choices.
  • We Can! (Ways to Enhance Children’s Activity and Nutrition) uses evidence-based activities and education to help parents and caregivers promote healthy habits among children.
  • The Weight-control Information Network provides the general public, health professionals, and others with up-to-date, science-based information, and tips on weight control, obesity, physical activity, and related nutritional issues.
