An Investigation of Pituitary Tumors and Related Hypothalmic Disorders

The purpose of this study is two-fold. As a screening and training study, fellows and students at the NIH Clinical Center will observe and learn from children with pituitary tumors. The aims of the research study include developing new clinical studies for the detection and treatment of pituitary tumors and studying the inheritance pattern of pituitary tumors in childhood.
