Memantine Treatment in Fragile X-Associated Tremor/Ataxia Syndrome
In this study, researchers will examine the effects of memantine over a 2-year period to see if it is effective in treating the symptoms of FXTAS. Memantine is used to treat Alzheimer's disease; it can help people with Alzheimer's disease think more clearly and perform daily activities more easily.
