Purpose
The NICHD is proposing a reorganization of its extramural program. The proposed reorganization aims to capitalize on emerging scientific opportunities and to reduce barriers to scientific and interdisciplinary collaboration.
In accordance with the NIH Reform Act of 2006 (42 USC Sec.281 (d)(4)), the NICHD Director will host a meeting to enable public discussion of the proposed reorganization.
The tentative agenda for the meeting is as follows:
- Introductions
- Presentation of the Proposed NICHD Reorganization
- Discussion
- Adjournment
Members of the public who wish to attend this meeting must RSVP no later than March 5, 2012, to the contact person below. Photo identification will be required to enter the building for the meeting.
