Purpose
This summer program seeks to:
- Help investigators develop advanced skills in using theory and appropriate methodology to develop practices, interventions, or materials that improve the lives of children;
- Support investigators who are beginning careers as applied researchers by providing training that will build upon their existing content knowledge and research skills; and
- Provide mentoring and guidance on topics including alternative funding support, dissemination of findings, and policy-relevant research.
